Our chorus was founded as The Golden Belle Chapter in the early 1960’s. The name was changed in 1999 to the Montana Sapphire Chapter to update our image! Montana
Sapphire members represent a variety of different occupations: school teachers, accountants, nurses, retired folks, mothers and grandmothers, to name a few. We welcome women ages 18 to 118, and under 18 if the under 18 year olds have a member sponsor. We are equally proud of our newer members and those who have been members for many years. Every member brings their own attributes that make this chorus so special.
Montana Sapphire Chorus loves to perform—for community events, parties, the annual men’s barbershop show, singing the National Anthem at baseball games, and our own show productions and competitions. We enjoy the singing lessons and education that are generated through weekly rehearsals, as well as the camaraderie and long term friendships.
